If any confirmed service is not delivered by the supplier, clients must notify Oswalairtravels.com immediately during the trip. Complaints made after completion of the tour may not be considered for financial adjustment or compensation.

If a client causes any loss or damage to the property of a hotel or any other service provider, the client shall be solely responsible for compensating the concerned party. Oswalairtravels.com will not be liable for such losses.

If hotel management or local authorities conduct room inspections or security checks, clients are required to cooperate. Such inspections are beyond the control of Oswalairtravels.com and cannot be objected to on its account.

If a dispute arises between the client and any service provider, Oswalairtravels.com will provide reasonable assistance wherever possible. However, Oswalairtravels.com will not be required to travel outside Delhi or participate in legal proceedings at other locations.

Clients having any complaint are requested to inform the legal team or senior management of Oswalairtravels.com at least ten working days before initiating any legal action or filing a formal complaint.

Any legal dispute arising out of the booking or services provided by Oswalairtravels.com, other than the matters stated above, shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
